For Data Users
BDH accelerates research and innovation by bringing together a rich trove of biomedical research data and enabling secure access through Trusted Research Environments (TREs). Our infrastructure links users to Singapore's vibrant research ecosystem, including the national TRUST data platform.
The BDH TRE is specifically designed to pair compute with data, allowing researchers to utilize A*STAR's GPU infrastructure to support complex analysis, AI model training, and validation.

For Data Owners
BDH opens new collaboration opportunities while strengthening data governance. Access requests are managed and approved by the data owner's Data Access Committee (DAC) or a central DAC.
To ensure the highest levels of trust, BDH complies with international standards for cybersecurity (ISO 27001) and data governance (ISO 38505). We conduct frequent internal and external audits to ensure continuous compliance and operational excellence.
